摘要
股骨近端作为机体骨骼系统中的重要承重部位之一,在运动及支撑方面发挥着至关重要的作用,该部位红骨髓含量较为丰富,易发生多种骨髓病变。动态增强MRI(DCE-MRI)可以精确评估股骨近端的血流灌注情况,从微循环层面上对股骨近端病灶进行诊断、鉴别诊断、预后及疗效评估,有助于更深入地理解相关骨髓病变的发病机制和病理生理学信息。就DCE-MRI在股骨近端及相关骨髓病变中的研究进展予以综述。
The proximal femur,as one of the essential weight-bearing areas of the skeletal system,plays a vital role in motion and support.Simultaneously,it is rich in red bone marrow and is prone to various bone marrow lesions.Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)can accurately assess blood perfusion in the proximal femur and provide diagnostic,differential diagnosis,prognosis,and outcome assessment of proximal femoral lesions at the microcirculatory level.This capability helps to better understand the pathogenesis and pathophysiological information of the relevant bone marrow lesions.This article reviews the progress of DCE-MRI in proximal femoral and related bone marrow lesions.
