堵漏剂LCM对璇玑仪器在渤海作业的可行性分析

摘要 中海油服“璇玑”仪器已投入使用多年,仪器在地层适应性取得巨大进步。本文以“璇玑”仪器在渤海探井应用为例,从探井常用的随钻堵漏材料的构成、特性和特征等方面分析,结合“璇玑”仪器自身的机械构造和脉冲器部分的结构原理,重点研判适用于“璇玑”仪器作业的堵漏材料类型,加入堵漏材料的同时,在井内筒可以有效的防止钻井液漏入地层,达到随钻防漏和堵漏目的。这期间可能造成仪器被堵或者被卡,针对这个堵漏作业的过程,最终总结出“璇玑”仪器发生被堵后的处理流程。 The"Xuanji"instrument of CNOOC has been in use for nearly a decade and has made significant progress in its adaptability to formations.This article takes the application of the"Xuanji"instrument in Bohai exploration wells as an example,analyzes the composition,characteristics,and characteristics of commonly used drilling plugging materials in exploration wells,and combines the mechanical structure of the"Xuanji"instrument and the structural principle of the pulser part.The focus is on identifying the types of plugging materials suitable for"Xuanji"instrument operations,When adding plugging materials,it can effectively prevent drilling fluid from leaking into the formation in the wellbore,thus achieving the purpose of preventing and plugging while drilling.During this period,it may cause the instrument to be blocked or stuck.In response to this plugging operation process,the final summary of the"Xuanji"instrument's handling process after being blocked.
