摘要
液压系统的功能是由油液的压力、流量和液流方向实现的。根据这一特征,采用简单可行的诊断方法和利用监测仪器进行分析可以找出液压系统的故障及原因。然后通过对液压元件的修复、更换、调整,排除这些故障,保证设备正常运行。
The function of the hydraulic system is achieved by the pressure,flow rate,and flow direction of the oil.Based on this feature,using simple and feasible diagnostic methods and analyzing with monitoring instruments can identify the faults and causes of hydraulic systems.Then,by repairing,replacing,and adjusting the hydraulic components,these faults are eliminated to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
