摘要
近年来,随着物联网、大数据和人工智能等技术的迅猛发展,家庭数字化和智能化已然成为发展的必然趋势。本文深入探讨了数字家庭空间数据智能技术及其应用,突出强调了空间数据和特征在此领域的关键性作用,并探讨了如何利用这些特征对家庭用户行为习惯进行学习和训练。另外,本文重点介绍了空间数据智能系统平台的设计与实现,以批流一体化的大数据平台为基础,将在线推理和离线训练相结合实现数据自闭环的智能化系统。采用机器学习等AI算法实现对空间状态和用户行为的分析和预测,从而为数字家庭用户提供个性化智能服务,包括智能化家庭管理、能源效率优化、健康和安全监控等。
In recent years,with the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,the digitization and intelligentization of homes have inevitably become a trend.This paper delves into the spatial data intelligent technology of digital home and its applications,highlights the critical role of spatial data and features in this field,and explores how to use these features to learn and train household user behavior and habits.Furthermore,this paper focuses on the design and implementation of spatial data intelligent system platform,which is based on a batch-stream integrated big data platform,combining online inference and offline training to realize a self-closing loop intelligent system.AI algorithms such as machine learning have been used to analyze and predict spatial states and user behavior,thereby providing personalized intelligent services for digital home users,including intelligent home management,energy efficiency optimization,health and safety monitoring.
