大型建筑工程甲方做好全面项目管理的措施分析

Analysis on Comprehensive Project Management Measures of Party A in Large-scale Construction Project

随着我国社会经济的稳步提高,建筑工程行业迎来了新的发展,国家以及社会对建筑工程的建设越来越重视,这使得建筑工程行业创造的经济价值越来越高。在大型建筑工程中,建筑工程的质量是决定建筑工程未来发展的决定性因素,同时质量问题也是建筑单位重点关注并管理的内容。目前,导致大型建筑工程质量问题的因素有很多,常见的是施工单位业务水平和管理水平较低,导致项目质量存在安全隐患,施工进度也没有办法得到保障。这种情况就需要甲方做好全面管理工作,对建筑工程严格把关,从多角度、多方面、多范围监管施工全程。基于此,本文以施工前管理、施工过程管理以及施工验收管理为主要内容进行论述。

With the steady improvement of social economy in China,the construction engineering industry is facing new development.The country and the society pay more and more attention to the quality of construction engineering,which makes the economic value created by the construction industry even higher.In the large-scale construction project,the quality of construction project is the decisive factor for the future development of construction project,and at the same time the quality problem is also the focus that the construction unit pays attention to in their management.At present,there are many factors that lead to the quality problems of large-scale construction projects,resulting in safety hazards in project quality and inability to ensure construction progress.The common one is the low operation and management level of construction units.This kind of situation requires party A to shoulder the comprehensive management work,strictly control the construction project,and supervise the entire construction process from the multi-angle,multi-aspect,and multi-scope.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the pre-construction management,construction process management and construction acceptance management as the main contents.
