摘要
目前,在建筑行业蓬勃发展的大环境下,除基本的建筑结构性能和安全性外,管理者还需注重成本等衍生指标,最大限度发挥建筑优势。而甲方管理单位则需要根据现场施工情况及施工方定期提交的建筑参数等信息文件,确定后续施工管理的主基调,明确阶段性任务,同时找出隐患和不合理之处,勒令整改。基于此,本文通过实地考察与积极调研,明确现场施工情况后,确定质量和进度管理的主要路径,以期发挥自身效用,阻断边缘化行为,同时也能减少风险问题的出现。
At present,in the context of the booming construction industry,in addition to basic structural performance and safety,managers should also pay attention to cost and other derivative indicators,so as to maximize the advantages of the building.According to the construction situation on site and the information documents such as the construction parameters submitted regularly by the construction party,the management unit of Party A needs to determine the main tone of the follow-up construction management,clarify the phased tasks,and at the same time to find hidden dangers and unreasonable parts for ordered rectification.Based on this,this article carries out field investigation and active research,clarifies site construction situation,and determine the main management path for quality and schedule,with a view to play its own effectiveness,prevent marginalization,and reduce the potential risk.
