代建单位在项目管理中的作用研究

在建筑工程行业不断发展的过程中,代建这一崭新的工作模式应运而生,代建顾名思义就是甲方、投资主体或者政府将工程项目委托给代建单位进行施工建设,代建单位负责整个施工过程。为加快非经营性政府投资项目代建制度,我国各地区也陆续出台了相关方案,以此推动代建制度的发展。在我国的建筑行业内,由代建单位代理甲方完成项目施工,并负责全程的施工现场管理与调度已经成为了十分常见的现象。通常情况下,不同的工程项目所采取的代建模式、代建范围以及内容要求存在着一定的差异性,甲方单位在选择代建单位时,一般会从代建单位的工作态度、施工水平以及项目管理经验主要考虑内容。本文围绕代建单位在项目管理中的作用展开了探讨。

In the process of continuous development of the construction industry,the new working mode of agent construction came into being.As the name suggests,the Party A,the investment subject or the government entrusts the project to the agent construction unit for construction,and the construction agent is responsible for the whole construction process.In order to speed up the agent construction system of non-operational government investment projects,relevant programs have been introduced in various regions in China to promote the development of the agent construction system.In the construction industry,it has become a very common phenomenon that the construction agent completes the project construction on behalf of Party A and is responsible for the entire construction site management and scheduling.Under normal circumstances,there are certain differences in the agent construction mode,scope and content requirements adopted by different projects.When selecting the construction agent,Party A will mainly consider the work attitude,construction level and project management experience of the agent construction unit.This paper focuses on the role of construction agent in project management.
