中医药调控细胞焦亡干预脑出血

Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulating Cell Pyroptosis and Intervening Cerebral Hemorrhage

细胞焦亡参与了脑出血的发生发展进程,其关键介导因子可能是中医药防治脑出血的潜在作用靶点。经对现有文献梳理总结后发现,中医药疗法可通过调控NLRP3、caspase-1、ASC、IL-1β及IL-18等焦亡关键介导因子的表达抑制神经细胞焦亡,进而减轻脑出血后继发性脑损伤,改善相应的神经功能。目前中医药调控焦亡干预脑出血的研究虽取得了一些进展,但仍存在一些问题有待后续研究逐步完善。未来,希望更多的新兴技术、交叉学科与中医药学实现有机融合,不断探索中医药调控细胞焦亡干预脑出血的作用机制,为中医药治疗脑出血研究提供新的思路,也为防治脑出血的新药及新技术研发提供更可靠的理论支撑。

Cell pyroptosis is involved in the occurrence and development process of cerebral hemorrhage,and its key mediating factors may be potential targets for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat cerebral hemorrhage.After reviewing and summarizing existing literature,it was found that traditional Chinese medicine therapy can regulate the expressions of the key mediators of apoptosis,such as NLRP3,caspase-1,ASC,IL-1βand IL-18 by regulating them,inhibits neuronal apoptosis,thereby alleviating secondary brain injury after cerebral hemorrhage and improving corresponding neurological function.At present,although some progress has been made in the research of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating apoptosis and intervening in cerebral hemorrhage,there are still some problems that need to be gradually improved in subsequent research.In the future,it is hoped that more emerging technologies,interdisciplinary fields,and traditional Chinese medicine will be organically integrated,continuously exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating cell apoptosis and intervening in cerebral hemorrhage,providing new ideas for the research of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cerebral hemorrhage,and also providing more reliable theoretical support for the development of new drugs and technologies for preventing and treating cerebral hemorrhage.
