扶正祛浊汤联合干扰素治疗宫颈HPV16、HPV18型感染

Fuzheng Quzhuo Decoction Combined with Interferon in Treatment of Cervical HPV16 and HPV18 Infections

目的:观察扶正祛浊汤联合干扰素治疗人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)16、HPV18型感染的临床疗效。方法:将76例脾肾阳虚证HPV16、HPV18型感染患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例)。对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用扶正祛浊汤口服。两组共治疗3个疗程,治疗后停药3个月再行复查。观察两组患者的HPV转阴情况及中医证候积分变化。结果:治疗组宫颈HPV16、HPV18转阴率为76.32%,对照组为47.37%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗方法均能降低患者中医证候积分,但治疗组降低幅度较对照组显著(P<0.01);治疗组中医证候有效率为89.47%,对照组为47.37%,治疗组改善中医证候疗效较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论:扶正祛浊汤联合干扰素可显著提高宫颈HPV16、HPV18型转阴率,改善患者脾肾阳虚症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Quzhuo Decoction combined with interferon in treatment of HPV16 and HPV18 infections.Method:76 patients with HPV16 and HPV18 infection of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group(38 cases)and a control group(38 cases).The control group was given recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablets were used for treatment,and the treatment group was given Fuzheng Quzhuo Decoction orally in addition to the control group.The two groups were treated for a total of 3 courses,and the medication was discontinued for 3 months before re examination.Observe the HPV seroconversion and changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in two groups of patients.Result:The conversion rate of HPV16 and HPV18 in the treatment group was 76.32%,while in the control group it was 47.37%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Both treatment methods can reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients,but the reduction in the treatment group is significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.01);The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was 89.47%,while in the control group it was 47.37%.The treatment group showed significant improvement in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Quzhuo Decoction and interferon can significantly improve the conversion rate of cervical HPV16 and HPV18 types to negative,and improve the symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in patients.
