基于学徒制的高职电子商务专业实践教学体系构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Professional Practice Teaching System of Higher Vocational E-commerce Based on Apprenticeship

现代学徒制作为一种新的教学理念和课堂教学制度,为创新电子商务专业实践教学体系注入了新的活力。分析传统电商教育模式的不足,提出构建立体交叉的教学模式、重构专业课程体系、组建“双导师”教学团队、校企共建现代学徒制生产性实训基地、形成校企双元考核体系,从而激发学生参与学习的主动性,有效提高他们的实践能力和职业素养。

Modern apprenticeship,as a new teaching concept and classroom teaching system,has injected new vitality into the innovative practical teaching system of e-commerce majors.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional e-commerce education model,it is proposed to construct a three-dimensional and interdisciplinary teaching model,restructure the professional curriculum system,set up a double-tutor teaching team,build a modern apprenticeship production training base with the university and enterprise,and form a school-enterprise dual assessment system,so as to stimulate students'initiative to participate in learning and effectively improve their practical ability and professional quality.
