数字时代大学生劳动教育现实困境和实践路径

摘要 数字时代大学生劳动教育是中国特色劳动教育的新时代延续,以数字时代为背景,探讨大学生劳动教育的现实困境和实践路径是培养学生创造精神、树立创新思维、促进学生全面发展的关键因素。目前,受到社会风气、校园环境、教学理念等影响,数字时代劳动教育存在价值观异化、实践体验弱化、数字鸿沟制约等现实困境。对此,为保证劳动教育的育人效果,从教学模式、保障支撑、课程设置等方面,采取“身心合一”的劳动教育形式、“软硬齐抓”的劳动教育保障、“多元发展”的劳动教育课程等措施,提高学生将理论知识向实践能力转化的自觉意识,实现现代科技与人力资源的良性互动与共生,帮助学生更好地适应未来工作和社会环境。 College students'labor education in the digital age is the continuation of the new era of labor education with Chinese characteristics.Taking the digital age as the background,exploring the realistic dilemma and practical path of college students'labor education is the key factor to cultivate students'creative spirit,establish innovative thinking and promote students’all-round development.At present,under the influence of social atmosphere,campus environment and teaching concept,labor education in the digital age has such realistic difficulties as alienation of values,weakening of practical experience and restriction of digital divide.In this regard,in order to ensure the educational effect of labor education,measures such as physical-mental-integration labor education,soft-hard labor education guarantee and diversified-development labor education curriculum are adopted to improve students'consciousness of transforming theoretical knowledge into practical ability from the aspects of teaching mode,guarantee support and curriculum setting so as to realize the positive interaction and symbiosis between modern science and technology and human resources,and help students better adapt to the future work and social environment.
