Exploration of Precision Employment Services for College Students Under Customized Mode

高校在定制化模式下探索大学生就业服务精准化,具有工作方向精准化、信息掌握精准化、信息推送精准化的新内涵。然而,目前部分高校这项工作的推进仍然面临信息化应用水平比较低、信息流通还不够通畅、数据运用还有待完善、信息共享程度不够高的困境。对此,高校应该进一步利用信息技术,全面整合就业信息,强化就业信息动态管理,优化信息共享平台,加强就业服务精准化建设。

Under the customized mode,universities are exploring the precision of employment services for college students,which has new connotations of precise work direction,precise information mastery,and precise information push.However,currently,the promotion of this work in some universities still faces the dilemma of relatively low level of information application,insufficient smooth flow of information,incomplete data utilization,and insufficient degree of information sharing.In this regard,universities should further utilize information technology to fully integrate employment information,strengthen dynamic management of employment information,optimize information sharing platforms,and strengthen the precise construction of employment services.
