疾病获益感量表修订版在肝移植患儿照顾者中的信效度检验

Reliability and validity testing of the Revised Chinese Version of the Benefit Finding Scale among caregivers of children undergoing liver transplantation

目的检验疾病获益感量表修订版在肝移植患儿照顾者中应用的信度和效度。方法2020年1月至2022年7月,通过便利抽样法选取杭州市一所三级甲等医院住院的肝移植患儿照顾者200人为研究对象,采用肝移植患儿及其照顾者的一般资料调查表、疾病获益感量表修订版对研究对象进行调查,评价量表的信效度。结果探索性因子分析显示,量表KMO值为0.899,共提取出5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为65.226%;量表总体的Cronbach'sα系数为0.920,5个维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.774~0.884,总量表折半信度为0.828;各条目与量表总分的相关系数为0.366~0.750(P<0.001)。结论疾病获益感量表修订版具有良好的信效度,适用于评估肝移植患儿照顾者的获益感水平。

Objective This study aimed to assess the reliability and validity of the Revised Chinese Version of Benefit Finding Scale(BFS-RC)among caregivers of children undergoing liver transplantation.Methods Between January 2020 and July 2022,a convenience sampling method was employed to select 200 caregivers of children undergoing liver transplantation at a tertiary-level hospital in Hangzhou.The general information questionnaire for children with liver transplantation and their caregivers and the BFS-RC were utilized for data collection.The study subjects were investigated,and the scale's reliability and validity were evaluated.Results Exploratory factor analysis revealed that the KMO value of the scale was 0.899,and a total of 5 common factors were extracted,contributing to a cumulative variance rate of 65.226%.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient for the entire scale was 0.920,with coefficients for the 5 factors ranging from 0.774 to 0.884 and the total scale split-half reliablity was 0.828.The correlation coefficients between the items and the total score ranged from 0.366 to 0.750(P<0.001).Conclusion The BFS-RC exhibits strong reliability and validity,making it a suitable tool for assessing the sense of benefit among caregivers of children undergoing liver transplantation.
