电力工程联合体EPC项目的利益再分配研究

摘要 为更合理进行联合体EPC项目成员之间的利益再分配,解决成员间的利益冲突问题。在对联合体EPC项目可再分配利益和影响因素进行分析的基础上,基于Shapley值法和TOPSIS等方法,从资源投入度、风险分担度和综合贡献度三个维度建立不同的利益再分配模型,确定不同利益再分配模型下各成员方利益再分配的权重。并结合工程实例进行联合体EPC项目利益再分配的测算,相比于联合体EPC项目合同中对可再分配利益的简单划分更为科学与严谨,应用该方法可以更精确地测算出联合体EPC项目各成员方可获得的再分配利润。 In order to redistribute the interests among the members of the consortium EPC project more reasonably and solve the conflict of interests among the members,based on the analysis of the redistribution benefits and the influencing factors of the consortium EPC project as well as the Shapley value method and TOPSIS and other methods,different benefit redistribution models from the three dimensions of resource investment,risk sharing and comprehensive contribution are established.The weight of each member's benefit redistribution under different benefit redistribution models is determined.Combining with engineering examples,the calculation of the redistribution of the interests of the consortium EPC project is carried out.Compared with the simple division of the redistributed interests in the contract of the consortium EPC project,it is more scientific and rigorous.The application of this method can more accurately calculate the redistributed profits available to members of the consortium EPC project and provides a new idea for the signing of the consortium EPC project contract and the resolution of the conflict of interests among the members of the consortium.
