摘要
为满足城市供热和响应电网调度需求,各热电联产机组都在加快实施相应的供热技改项目。改造过程中,由于新增工艺设备用电负荷较大,经常遇到厂用电裕量不足的问题。本文通过实际案例,依据厂用电设计规程对设计负荷进行校核,同时对工艺设备实际运行工况进行分析,采用负荷率法重新校核。理论分析和实际运行数据均表明供热技改项目对厂用电负荷的影响较小,多数技改项目无需实施高厂变增容或增设高厂变。
In order to meet the urban heating demand and respond to the power grid dispatching demand,all cogeneration units are accelerating the implementation of corresponding heating technology transformation projects.In the transformation process,due to the large power load of new process equipment,the problem of insufficient auxiliary power margin is often encountered.In this paper,through practical cases,the design load is checked according to the auxiliary power design regulations,the actual operating conditions of process equipment are analyzed,and the load rate method is used to recheck.Theoretical analysis and actual operation data show that the heating technical transformation projects have little impact on the auxiliary power load,and most technical transformation projects do not need to increase the capacity of high-speed auxiliary transformer or add high-speed auxiliary transformer.
