基于Android平台的电力工程外业踏勘三维辅助系统设计与实现

摘要 随着测绘地理信息技术的不断发展,三维地理信息数据在智慧电网中的应用越来越广泛。三维GIS以立体造型技术给用户展现地理空间现象,并对空间对象进行三维空间分析和操作。基于Android平台,综合利用三维GIS技术、北斗卫星导航定位技术以及智能语音识别技术等,研究设计电力工程外业踏勘三维辅助系统,实现电力塔基快速放样、智能化地物采集、激光点云大数据实时加载和三维分析等主要功能,用以辅助外业踏勘选址选线、调绘,优化作业流程,减少工作反复,提高工作效率。 With the development of geodesy and geographic information system,the application of three-dimensional geographic information data in smart electric power engineering is more and more extensive.Three-dimensional geographic information system presents geographical spatial features to users by three-dimensional modeling technology,and can express the three-dimensional relationship between spatial features.Three-dimensional spatial analysis and operation of spatial features are also unique functions of 3D GIS.Based on Android system,this paper presents a 3D assistance system for electrical power engineering to realize power base fast lofting,intelligent feature collection,real-time loading and 3D analysis of laser-point cloud big data by combining 3D GIS technology,BeiDou satellite navigation and positioning technology and intelligent speech recognition technology.This system can facilitate field survey including site and route selections,surveying and mapping and optimize operation flow and reduce work repetition.
