自我接纳在结直肠癌幸存者家庭亲密度和适应性与健康促进生活方式间的中介效应

Mediating effect of self-acceptance between family adaptability and cohesion and health-promoting lifestyle in colorectal canc⁃er survivors

目的探讨自我接纳在结直肠癌幸存者家庭亲密度和适应性与健康促进生活方式间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料调查表、家庭亲密度和适应性量表、自我接纳问卷以及健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ对山东省3所三级甲等医院的216例结直肠癌幸存者进行调查分析。结果结直肠癌幸存者家庭亲密度和适应性得分为(116.03±15.93)分、自我接纳得分为(39.84±5.42)分、健康促进生活方式得分为(118.02±21.29)分,三者之间均呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。自我接纳在家庭亲密度和适应性与健康促进生活方式间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的21.09%。结论自我接纳是结直肠癌幸存者家庭亲密度和适应性对健康促进生活方式影响的中介变量,医护人员应通过改善结直肠癌幸存者的家庭功能和提高自我接纳水平,促使其建立健康促进生活方式,从而提高术后生存质量。

Objective To explore the mediating effect of self-acceptance between family adaptability and cohesion and health-promo-ting lifestyle among colorectal cancer survivors.Methods A total of 216 colorectal cancer survivors from 3 Grade A hospital in Shandong were investigated by general information questionnaire,Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales,Self-Acceptance Questionnaire and Health Promotion Lifestyle ProfileⅡ.Results The score of family adaptability and cohesion,self-acceptance and health-promoting lifes-tyle in the colorectal cancer survivors were(116.03±15.93),(39.84±5.42)and(118.02±21.29)respectively,and they were positively cor-related with each other(P<0.01).Self-acceptance played a partial mediating role between family adaptability and cohesion and health-pro-moting lifestyle,and the mediating effect accounted for 21.09%of the total effect.Conclusion Self-acceptance is a mediator variable be-tween family adaptability and cohesion and health-promoting lifestyle in colorectal cancer survivors.Medical staff should improve family func-tion of colorectal cancer survivors,improve self-acceptance level,and promote them to establish the health-promoting lifestyle,so as to in-crease the quality of life of survival patients.
