ICU护士预防失禁性皮炎态度及影响因素研究

A study on the attitude and influencing factors of preventing incontinence-associated dermatitis among ICU nurses

目的探讨ICU护士预防失禁性皮炎态度及影响因素,为提升ICU护士预防失禁性皮炎能力提供有效对策及建议。方法2021年7月至9月,采用一般资料调查表、中文版预防失禁性皮炎态度量表、成就动机量表对安徽省14所三级医院和6所二级医院317名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果ICU护士预防失禁性皮炎态度总分为(28.78±4.77)分,各维度得分由高到低依次为重要性、个人责任、团队责任、预防效用;多元线性回归结果显示:性别、ICU类别、月收入、每年外出学习次数、工作满意度、成就动机进入回归方程模型,可解释31.9%的总变异。结论ICU护士预防失禁性皮炎态度呈中等偏上水平,有较大的提升空间。护理管理者可通过改善ICU护士执业环境,创造学习机会,提升工作满意度,激发成就动机,从而提高其预防失禁性皮炎的态度水平。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of attitudes towards preventing incontinence-associated dermati-tis(IAD)among ICU nurses,so as to provide effective countermeasures and suggestions for improving their IAD prevention ability.Methods From July to September 2021,a total of 317 nurses from 14 tertiary hospitals and 6 secondary hospitals in Anhui Province were surveyed using the general data questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Attitude towards the Prevention of Incontinence-associated Dermatitis Scale and the Achievement Motive Scale.Results The total score of the attitude of ICU nurses to prevent IAD was(28.78±4.77),and the de-mension scores from high to low were importance,individual responsibility,team responsibility and preventive effect.Multiple linear regression re-sults showed that gender,ICU category,monthly income,number of study trips per year,job satisfaction,and achievement motivation entered the regression equation model and could explain 31.9%of the total variation.Conclusion The attitude towards preventing IAD among ICU nurses is above the medium level,with much room for improvement.Nursing managers can enhance the level of IAD prevention attitude by providing a better practice environment for ICU nurses,creating learning opportunities,raising job satisfaction,and stimulating achievement motivation.
