“互联网+”背景下护士从事中医护理适宜技术上门服务的现状研究

Investigation on the status of nurses engage in door-to-door service of Traditional Chinese Medicine appropriate technologies under"Internet+"

目的 探讨“互联网+”背景下护士从事中医护理适宜技术上门服务的认知、意愿及需求现状。方法 2022年3月至7月,便利抽样选取山东省6个地市12所中医院的1 130名护士,采用自行编制的护士从事中医护理适宜技术上门服务的认知、意愿及需求问卷进行调查。结果 79.82%的护士了解中医护理适宜技术上门服务,但对其服务规范制度(58.05%)、纠纷处理(63.81%)、风险防范(55.84%)、职责权利(56.81%)不了解。61.68%的护士愿意从事中医护理适宜技术上门服务。不同职称对护士上门服务意愿的影响差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上门服务前,护士认为需与服务对象签署服务协议(95.40%)、签署知情同意书(96.99%)、全程录像(86.99%)、人员同行(69.65%)、购买保险(96.28%)。结论 护士从事中医护理适宜技术上门服务的意愿较高,但对上门服务的规范制度、纠纷处理及风险防范的认知水平较低,签署服务协议及知情同意书、购买保险是护士从事中医护理适宜技术上门服务的主要需求。应重点完善各项规章制度和保险措施,降低服务风险,保障护患双方人身安全。

Objective To explore the nurses'cognition,willingness,and demand to engage in door-to-door service of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine(TCM)nursing appropriate technology under"Internet+".Methods From March to July 2022,a total of 1130 nurses from 12 TCM hospitals were seleced by convenience sampling,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their cognition,willingness and demend to engage in door-to-door service for TCM nursing.Results Totally,79.82% of the nurses knew the door-to-door service of TCM nursing,but lack the knowledge of service specifications(58.05%),dispute handling(63.81%),risk prevention(55.84%),and responsibilities and rights(56.81%).And 61.68% of the nurses were willing to engage in door-to-door service of TCM nursing.There were significant differ-ences in scores of different titles on nurses'willingness(P<0.05).Signing service objects(95.40%)and informed consent(96.99%),video re-cording(86.99%),working with peers(69.65%),and purchasing relevant insurance(96.28%)before door-to-door service were the main need of TCM nurses.Conclusion Nurses are willing to engage in door-to-door service of TCM nursing,but show a low-level awareness of service specifications,dispute solutions,and risk prevention and control.Signing service agreement and informed consent are the main needs of TCM nurses.Rules and regulations and insurance measures should be taken to reduce service risks and ensure medical safety.
