Design and application of donated milk management system in neonatal intensive care unit

目的 探讨新生儿重症监护室捐赠人乳库管理系统的设计及应用效果。方法 以医院信息系统和电子病历系统为基础,根据捐赠乳管理要求,设计基于闭环管理的捐赠乳管理系统,设置的功能模块包括捐赠者管理、待分检库、已分检库,包含捐赠乳登记、接收、分装、出库等环节,观察其临床应用效果。结果 捐赠乳管理系统实施后登记、接收、分装、出库、追溯、库存统计耗时较使用前明显缩短(P<0.01),系统实施前后新生儿重症监护室人乳喂养率由77.21%上升至86.90%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034),护士对流程满意度也有明显提升(P<0.01)。结论 捐赠乳管理系统可优化流程,加强质量控制,保障捐赠乳喂养安全,从而提高新生儿重症监护室母乳喂养率。

Objective To explore the design and application effect of donated milk bank management system in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods Based on the hospital management information system and electronic medical record system,a closed-loop manage-ment system for donated milk management was designed according to the requirements of donated milk management.The functional modules included donated management,library to be sorted and library had been sorted,including the registration,receipt,packaging and delivery of donated milk,and the clinical application effects were observed.Results The time of registration,receipt,packaging,delivery,traceability and inventory statistics after the use of the donated milk management system was significantly shortened compared with that before use(P<0.01).The rate of human milk feeding in NICU increased from 77.21%to 86.90% before and after the implementation of the system,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034),and nurses'satisfaction with the process also improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The donated milk management system can optimize the process,strengthen the quality control,ensure the safety of donated milk feeding,so as to improve the breastfeeding rate in NICU.
