日本乒乓球运动员早田希娜技战术分析以杭州亚运会为例

An Analysis of the Techniques and Tactics of Japanese Table Tennis Player Hina HAYATA——taking the Hangzhou Asian Games as an Example

本文运用文献资料、四段指标、录像观察等研究方法对早田希娜参加杭州亚运会的两场比赛进行技战术分析,归纳其最有效的得分手段和技战术组合特点,旨在为中国女子乒乓球队提高胜率提供借鉴和参考,并为备战巴黎奥运会打下基础。研究结果表明:(1)在发球轮中,早田希娜发抢段和相持Ⅰ段表现出明显优势,其中发抢段得分率和使用率最高,早田希娜的发球和第三板技术衔接紧密,但在相持Ⅰ段中正反手转换速度较慢,失误较多。(2)在接发球轮中,早田希娜在接发球的处理上较为灵活多变,在落后时,敢于尝试新型技术用以打乱对手发抢节奏,然而,在第四板和后续的相持Ⅱ段中,仍存在很多不足。总体而言,早田希娜的近台快攻打法基本成熟。

This paper analyzes the techniques and tactics of the two matches in Hangzhou Asian Games by using the methods of literature review,four-stage Index and video observation,and finds out the most effective scoring means and the characteristics of combination of techniques and tactics in the match,so as to provide some reference for Chinese women table tennis team to improve the winning rate of and lay a solid foundation for wining the Paris Olympic Games.The results are as follows:(a)in the serve round,Hina HAYATA has obvious advantages in the serve-and-grab section and the hold-up Section I,in which the score rate and utilization rate of the serve-and-grab section are the highest,and Hina HAYATA's serve and the third plate are closely connected,however,in the i-phase of the stalemate,the forehand-backhand conversion speed is slow and there are many mistakes.(2)in the receiving wheel,Hina HAYATA is more flexible in the handling of the receiving and serving.When she is behind,she dares to try new techniques to disturb the rhythm of the opponent's attack and tackle.However,in the fourth plate and in the subsequent phase Ⅱ of the stalemate,there are still a lot of deficiencies.Overall,the near-table quick attack of Hina is basically mature.
