An Analysis of Technical and Tactical Characteristics of Mens 80+kg Taekwondo Champion in the 19th Asian Games

本文运用文献资料、视频分析、数据统计等研究方法,对宋兆祥在杭州亚运会年跆拳道男子+80kg级别比赛中技战术运用情况进行统计和分析,旨在探究当前该级别优秀男子跆拳道运动员技战术特征,以此助力我国跆拳道运动员有针对性地制定更为有效的技术训练方案,更好地备战2024年巴黎奥运会。研究结果显示:(1)宋兆祥四场比赛的总得分104,其中基础技术得分94,犯规得分10,体现出他主动且具压制性的策略;(2)基础技术以前横踢、后横踢以及推踢为主,旋转类腿法技术的使用频率较低;(3)单一技术的使用频率超出组合技术,组合技术得分高于单一技术,主要是横踢破坏接后横踢得分技术;(4)以击打躯干的中位技术得分为主导,涵盖了横踢、侧踢和直拳;(5)战术运用相当全面,多以进攻与迎击战术、进攻与反击战术的组合运用,其得当转换技术得分率较高。

Using literature review,video analysis and data statistics,the techniques and tactics used by Song Zhaoxiang,taekwondo men's 80+kg champion in Hangzhou Asian games,have been analyzed,so as to explore the current level of outstanding male taekwondo athletes'tactical characteristics,and to provide theoretical reference for chinese taekwondo athletes prepare for 2024 Paris Olympic Games.The results show that:(a)the total score of song Zhaoxiangs four games is 104,The basic technique score is 94,Ffoul score 10,Show an active and repressive strategic strategy;(b)The basic technology of the former horizontal kick,back horizontal kick and push kick,The use frequency of rotary leg method technology is low;(c)The use frequency of a single technology exceeds the combined technology,Combined technique scores higher than the single technique,Mainly is the cross kick damage after the cross kick scoring technology;(d)It is dominant with the median technical score of hitting the trunk,It covers the horizontal kick,side kick and straight fist;(e)The tactical application is quite comprehensive,With the combination of attack and counter-attack tactics,attack and counterattack tactics,Its proper conversion technology has a higher score rate.
