PNF技术对竞技健美操难度动作训练效果的促进作用

摘要 为了探究应用本体感受神经肌肉性促进法(PNF)对竞技健美操难度动作训练效果的促进作用,以16名湖南科技大学2022年湖南省大学生运动会参赛选手作为实验对象,实验组采用PNF技术,对照组采用常规拉伸技术,进行为期8周的训练。实验前后分别对核心柔韧、肩关节与髋关节关节活动度和直角支撑、分腿体前屈、垂直劈腿难度动作进行测试,研究结果显示:实验组与对照组的核心柔韧、关节活动度指标与直角支撑、屈体分腿跳和垂直劈腿难度分数均得到一定程度的提高,差异显著(P<0.05),但数据显示PNF训练组的各数据结果相比于常规训练组提高的幅度更大,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。研究表明:PNF技术能有效提高竞技健美操难度动作的训练效果。 In order to explore the promotion effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular promotion method on the training effect of competitive aerobics difficult movements,16 participants in the 2022 Hunan Provincial University Games from Hunan University of Science and Technology were selected as experimental subjects.PNF technology was used in the experimental group,and conventional stretching technique was used in the control group for 8 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the core flexibility,the joint motion of shoulder and hip joint and the difficulty of right Angle support,the forward bending of the leg and the vertical split were tested respectively.The results showed that the core flexibility and joint motion indexes of the experimental group and the control group were improved to a certain extent,and the difficulty scores of the right Angle support,the flexural split jump and the vertical split were significantly improved(P<0.05).However,the data showed that the results of PNF training group improved more than those of conventional training group,and the difference was very significant(P<0.O1).The research shows that PNF technique can effectively improve the training effect of difficult moves in competitive aerobics.
