公园城市视阈下成都“新铁三”休闲行为的产生背景、价值影响与发展启示

Background,Value Influence and Development Inspiration of Chengdu's"New Triathlon"Leisure Behavior from the Perspective of Park City

传统的铁人三项包含游泳、自行车、马拉松项目,具有竞赛行程长、比赛时间久、体力消耗大的特点,被称为是最艰苦的竞技体育项目之一。近几年来,去公园露营、环绿道骑行、登龙泉山看日出被称为成都市的“新铁人三项”,简称“新铁三”。相比于传统铁人三项,“新铁三”除了行程长、时间久、体力消耗大等同样特点之外,还体现出休闲行为而非竞技体育的特征。本文通过研读文献、实地考察等方式,对成都“新铁三”休闲体育的产生背景、价值影响与发展启示进行研究。结果表明:“新铁三”休闲行为产生的原因主要是:公园城市发展理念推动了“新铁三”的快速兴起,疫情防控政策加速了城市周边休闲项目的发展,城市基础建设满足了休闲多元化的发展需求,成都休闲文化底蕴包容了新兴休闲体育的生长。其社会价值主要体现在:推动了公园城市基础建设升级,促使了公园城市治理能力提高,加速了休闲体育产业升级转型;其文化价值主要体现在:形成了新时代成都特色休闲文化,践行了以公园城市的文化理念,推动了成都市休闲体育多元化发展;其个人价值主要体现在:满足了人们对休闲体育的选择需求,提升人们的休闲体育选择意识,实现了人们的体质健康追求。建议践行公园城市发展理念、推动成都市休闲体育高质量发展的方向和关键举措为:加强政府顶层设计,引导群众参与更多休闲体育;构建优质配套设施,满足人们休闲体育多元需求;建立良性市场机制,推动本土休闲体育产业升级;打造地域特色项目,促进特色休闲体育多元化发展。

The traditional triathlon refers to swimming,cycling and marathon,which has the characteristics of long race,long time and large physical consumption,and is known as one of the most difficult competitive sports.In recent years,"camping in the park,cycling around the green road,climbing Longquan Mountain to see the sunrise"is known as the""New triathlon"in Chengdu.Compared with the traditional triathlon,"New triathlon"in addition to the long journey,long time,physical consumption and other characteristics,it is not in the form of competitive sports,but a leisure behavior.Through literature study and field investigation,this paper studies the background,value influence and development inspiration of"New triathlon""leisure sports in Chengdu.The research shows that thedevelopment concept of park city promotes the rapid rise of""New triathlon",the epidemic prevention and control policy accelerates the development of leisure projects around the city,urban infrastructure meets the development needs of diversified leisure,and the leisure culture of Chengdu includes the growth of emerging leisure sports,which is the reason for the emergence of"New triathlon"leisure behavior.It promoted the upgrading of park city infrastructure,promoted the improvement of park city governance capacity,accelerated the upgrading and transformation of leisure sports industry,and reflected the social value of"New triathlon".It has formed the characteristic leisure culture of Chengdu in the new era,practiced the cultural concept of park city,promoted the diversified development of leisure sports in Chengdu,and reflected the cultural value of"New triathlon".It meets peoples demand for leisure sports choice,promotes peoples awareness of leisure sports choice,realizes peoples pursuit of physical health,and embodies the personal value of"New triathlon".It is suggested to strengthen the top-level design of the government and guide the masses to participate in more leisure sports;Build high-quality supporting facilities to meet peoples diverse needs for leisure sports;Establish a benign market mechanism to promote the upgrading of local leisure sports industry.Creating regional characteristic projects and promoting the diversified development of characteristic leisure sports are the direction and key measures to practice the development concept of park city and promote the high-quality development of leisure sports in Chengdu.
