我国马拉松志愿者体系存在的问题与出路

Problems and Solutions of Chinas Marathon Volunteering System

本文采用文献资料、走访调查、逻辑分析等方法,对我国当前马拉松赛事志愿者的招募、培训、激励和监督等方面进行研究,发现存在的问题有:志愿者招募途径单一,以和高校签订协议招募高校大学生为主;志愿者培训缺乏科学性、系统性和培训效果评价机制;志愿者激励手段单一,缺乏区分度;志愿者监督机制不完善,导致志愿者在服务过程中有倦怠和随意等行为。建议:在志愿者招募时相关单位应该扩大志愿者招募范围和年龄段,给社会人员和中小学生一些参与机会,从而有效发扬我国志愿服务精神;在志愿者培训过程中要加强评价体系,使志愿者受培训后能够有一个可量化、可视化的培训结果,让组委会和志愿者自己对培训技能掌握情况有更直观的把握;在志愿者激励方面可以增加精神奖励区分度从而强化志愿者的服务动机,配合监督机制更好地发挥志愿者的作用;在监管方面可以从加强监管和增加惩罚两方面入手,只有在综合招募、培训、激励和监督各方面都加强的情况下,才能真正改善我国马拉松志愿服务的现状。

Through the methods of literature review,investigation and logical analysis,this paper studied the recruitment,training,motivation and supervision of volunteers in the current marathon events,and found that the volunteer recruitment source is single,mainly by signing an agreement with universities to recruit university students;Volunteer training lacks scientific,systematic and training effect evaluation mechanism;The motivation means of volunteers are single and lack of dfferentiation;The imperfect volunteer supervision mechanism leads to volunteer burnout and random behavior in the service process.It is suggested that relevant units should expand the scope and age of volunteer recruitment,and give social personnel and primary and secondary school students some opportunities to participate in the volunteer service,so as to effectively develop the volunteerism spirit of our country;The evaluation system should be strengthened in the process of volunteer training,so that volunteers can have a quantifiable and visual training results after receiving training,and the organizing committee and volunteers themselves can have a more intuitive grasp of the training skills.In the aspect of volunteer motivation,the differentiation of spiritual reward can be increased so as to strengthen the service motivation of volunteers and cooperate with the supervision mechanism to better play the role of volunteers.In terms of supervision,we can strengthen supervision and increase punishment from two aspects;only the problems of integrated recruitment,training,motivation and supervision can really improve the current situation of marathon volunteer service.
