北京高校师生服务首都体育对外交往的实践现状与改革路径

体育对外交往是首都对外交往及首都国际交往中心建设的重要实践维度。北京高校群位居“双奥”之城,是体育人才资源、科教资源、场馆资源、文化资源、技术资源的集成者,具备服务首都体育对外交往的独特资源优势与平台优势。当前,北京高校师生服务首都体育对外交往演绎出了依托大型赛事、中外人文交流、体育人才联合培养等诸多形式,为彰显中国体育事业成就、传播中华体育文化做出了突出贡献。与此同时,当前北京高校师生服务首都体育对外交往仍然存在使命意识和外在动力不强、服务平台与机会欠缺、服务能力有待提升等问题。新时代新征程进一步拓展北京高校师生服务首都体育对外交往的广度、深度与质效,需要在做好平台搭建和能力提升等保障性工作基础上,培育使命意识与完善激励机制,通过内驱与外引形成北京高校师生服务首都体育对外交往的强大动力。

International communication of sports is an important practical dimension of capital foreign communication and the construction of capital international communication center.Beijing University Group center is located in the city of"Double Olympic Games".It is the integrator of sports talents,science and education,venues,culture,technology and other resources,and has unique resource advantages and plaform advantages to serve the foreign communication of sports in the capital.At present,the teachers and students of Beijing universities serve the capital sports foreign communication in various forms,such as large-scale sports events,cultural communication between countries,and joint training of sports talents,making outstanding contributions to highlighting the achievements of Chinese sports undertakings and the dissemination of Chinese sports culture.However,at present,there are still some problems in Beijing university teachers and students,such as lack of mission consciousness and external motivation,lack of service platform and opportunity,and service ability to be improved.In the new era to expand the teachers and students of Beijing universities to serve the foreign communication of capital sports,it is necessary to cultivate the sense of mission and improve the incentive mechanism on the basis of the guarantee work such as platform building and ability improvement.
