休闲足球运动对血糖和血脂影响的Meta分析

摘要 目的:探讨休闲足球运动对参与人群血糖、血脂的影响效果。方法:通过检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase和中国知网等数据库,搜集休闲足球运动干预参与人群和测试血糖和血脂相关指标的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials, RCTs),依照风险偏倚评价对纳入文献进行质量评估,运用Review Manager 5.4软件进行合并效应量分析和亚组分析。研究结果:共纳入文献24篇,纳入文献质量中上,纳入分析总样本量893人。Meta分析结果显示,休闲足球运动对血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素抵抗无明显改善作用,对降低胰岛素(P<0.01)作用效果明显,对改善总胆固醇(P<0.01)、甘油三酯(P<0.01)和低密度脂蛋白(P<0.01)作用效果明显,对高密度脂蛋白无显著改善作用。研究结论:休闲足球运动可以作为有效的干预手段,改善患有心血管代谢风险因素参与人群的血脂水平。 This paper aims to evaluate the effect of recreational football on blood glucose and blood lipids of the participants.Methods:By searching PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CNKI and other databases,investigations with randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of the impact of recreational football on blood glucose and blood lipids in the participants were collected.The quality of the included studies was assessed according to the risk bias evaluation,and the Review Manager 5.4 software was used to conduct the combined effect analysis and subgroup analysis.Results:A total of 24 studies were included,with a total sample size of 893.Meta-analysis results showed that recreational football had no obvious effect on improving blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance,but had significant effect on reducing insulin(P<0.01),improving total cholesterol(P<0.01),triglycerides(P<0.01)and low-density lipoprotein(P<0.01),and had no effect on improving high-density lipoprotein.Conclusion:Recreational football can be used as an effective intervention method to improve the blood lipids level of people with cardiovascular metabolic risk factors.
