摘要
目的探讨体育锻炼、积极应对方式、消极应对方式与大学生核心自我评价水平的关系,并进一步检验不同应对方式在体育锻炼与核心自我评价间的中介作用及性别的调节作用。方法采用体育活动等级量表、核心自我评价量表、简易应对方式量表对635名大学生(男340人,女295人)进行调查研究。结果1)体育锻炼能正向预测大学生的核心自我评价(p<0.01);体育锻炼可正向预测大学生的积极应对方式(p<0.01);体育锻炼能负向预测大学生的消极应对方式(p<0.05)。2)积极应对方式(95%CI:0.011-0.035)和消极应对方式(95%CI:0.001-0.022)均在体育锻炼与大学生核心自我评价间具有中介作用。3)性别在体育锻炼与积极应对方式之间起调节作用(β_(int)=-0.072,p<0.05),且男性(β_(simple slope)=0.206,p<0.01)的调节效应大于女性(β_(simple slope)=0.117,p<0.01)。结论不同的应对方式在大学生体育锻炼和核心自我评价中起中介作用,在对积极应对方式的采取上,男女生有性别差异,且男生通过体育锻炼量的提高会比女生对积极应对方式的采取更明显。
Objective To explore the relationship between physical activity,positive coping styles,negative coping styles and college students'core self-evaluation level,and to further test the mediating role of different coping styles between physical activity and core self-evaluation and the moderating role of gender.Methods The Physical Activity Rating Scale,the Core Self-evaluation Scale,and the Simple Coping Styles Questionnaire were used to investigate and study 635 college students(340 men and 295 women).Results 1)Physical activity positively predicted college students'core self-evaluations(p<0.01);physical activity positively predicted college students'positive coping styles(p<0.01);and physical activity negatively predicted college students'negative coping styles(p<0.05).2)Both positive coping styles(95%CI:0.011-0.035)and negative coping styles(95%CI:0.001-0.022)mediated the association between physical activity and college students'core self-evaluation.3)Gender moderated the relationship between physical activity and positive coping styles(β_(int)=-0.072,p<0.05)and the moderating effect was greater for males(β_(simple slope)=0.206,p<0.01)than females(β_(simple slope)=0.117,p<0.01).Conclusion Different coping styles mediate physical activity and core self-evaluation among college students,there are gender differences in the adoption of positive coping styles,and male students'adoption of positive coping styles will be more pronounced than female students'adoption of positive coping styles through an increase in the amount of physical activity.
