厦门海滨浴场建设适宜性评价及布局规划策略

Construction Suitability Evaluation and Layout Planning Strategies of Xiamen Bathing Beach

海滨浴场在提升公众亲海体验、满足公众对美好海洋生态的需求等方面,发挥着不可替代的作用。在分析厦门海滨浴场资源条件及发展现状的基础上,运用层次分析法综合评价厦门海滨浴场建设的适宜性,提出厦门海滨浴场的布局规划策略,即:标准先行,构建厦门海滨浴场建设标准体系;优化布局,因地制宜布局海滨浴场;突出特色,引导文旅深度融合发展;确保安全,科学划定海域范围,同时以厦门环东海滨浴场为例,精细规划,提出海滨浴场详细设计方案,为厦门海滨浴场建设提供参考和指引。

The bathing beach plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing public s experience of being close to the sea and meeting the public s demand for a beautiful marine ecology.Based on analyzing the superior resource conditions and development status of Xiamen bathing beach,the analytic hierarchy method was used to comprehensively evaluate the suitability of Xiamen beach.The overall planning layout scheme of Xiamen Bathing Beach was proposed,as well as the layout planning strategies,which included,1)standards first,building a standard system for the construction of Xiamen beach.2)Optimizing the layout and layout the beach according to local conditions.3)Highlighting the characteristics and guiding the in-depth integration and development of culture and tourism.4)Ensuring safety and scientifically delineating the scope of the sea area.Research findings are expected to provide scientific basis and technical guidance for the construction of Xiamen Bathing Beach from the aspects of site selection,planning,design and construction.
