人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)持续感染是HPV相关性癌症如宫颈癌、阴道癌、外阴癌、肛门癌、阴茎癌以及口咽癌等的主要致病因素,接种HPV疫苗可预防HPV感染和相关性癌症的发生,是防控HPV感染相关疾病的一级预防措施。HPV疫苗是全球第一个用于预防癌症的疫苗,自应用于临床以来,HPV感染率及其相关宫颈癌的发病率有所下降,疫苗展示出良好的保护效力和安全性,同时也积累了一些关于口腔、外阴和阴道、阴茎和肛门部位HPV感染和相关癌症的研究数据。伴随着接种范围的增加及适应证的扩大,HPV疫苗的安全性也受到越来越多的关注。本文根据最新文献综述HPV疫苗的保护效果及安全性的研究进展,为HPV疫苗的接种提供数据参考。

Persistent infection with human papilloma virus(HPV)is a major cause of HPV-related cancers such as cervical,vaginal and vulvar cancers,as well as anal,penile and oropharyngeal cancers.HPV vaccination can prevent the occurrence of HPV infection and related cancers,and is a primary prevention measure for the prevention and control of HPV infection-related diseases HPV vaccine is the world's first vaccine for cancer prevention,since the clinical application,the incidence of HPV infection and its associated cervical cancer has decreased,the vaccine has shown good protective efficacy and safety,but also accumulated some research data on oral,vulvar and vagina,penis and anal HPV infection and related cancers.With the increase in the scope of vaccination and the expansion of indications,the safety of HPV vaccines has also received more and more attention.This article reviews the research progress on the protective effect and safety of HPV vaccine according to the latest literature,and provides data reference for HPV vaccine vaccination.
