健康教育在治疗慢阻肺中的效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Health Education in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析在慢阻肺患者治疗时应用健康教育的治疗效果。方法抽选2020年5月—2023年5月在某院接受治疗的慢阻肺患者45例,按照入院前后的顺序分为对照组(22例)和干预组(23例)。对照组给予常规治疗,干预组在对照组治疗措施的基础上增加健康教育干预。对比两组患者治疗前后的慢阻肺评估量表(CAT)、肺功能改善情况,以及两组患者的自我管理能力。结果治疗后,干预组患者的CAT评分和肺功能的改善情况明显优于对照组;干预组患者的自我管理能力和呼吸训练运动执行情况也明显优于对照组。结论对慢阻肺患者常规治疗的同时应用健康教育可提高患者的自我管理能力,可以显著提高慢阻肺的临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of applying health education in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 45 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who received treatment in a certain hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were randomly selected and divided into a control group(22 cases)and an intervention group(23 cases)in order of admission.The control group received routine treatment,while the intervention group received additional health education interventions on the basis of the control group’s treatment measures.The levels of COPD Assessment Test,improvement in lung function,and self-management ability between two groups of patients before and after treatment were been compared.Results After treatment,the improvement in CAT scores and lung function in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group;the self-management ability and respiratory training execution of the intervention group patients were also significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion The application of health education in addition to routine treatment for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve their self-management ability and significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
