童年教养方式对抑郁症患者青少年人格发展的影响

Influence of childhood parenting style on personality development of adolescents with depression

目的 探讨童年教养方式对抑郁症患者青少年时期人格发展的影响。方法 2020年1月至2021年12月,从中国中医科学院广安门医院门诊选取324例抑郁症患者(抑郁组),在汪卫东忆溯性人格发展量表(WMPI)全国城市人口常模数据库中选取与患者组年龄、性别、教育年限、是否独生等条件相匹配的正常被试(对照组)328例。采用WMPI量表比较两组童年期教养方式、青少年人格发展的差异,以及抑郁组童年期教养方式对青少年期人格发展的影响。结果 抑郁组惩罚、严厉、过度干涉、溺爱、矛盾教育及忽略保护得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抑郁组思维方式、意志力、自我、胆气、人际交往、性发展、世界观得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重回归分析显示,抑郁组童年期教养方式各个维度对青少年期各人格特质均产生显著影响(P<0.01)。结论 抑郁症患者童年期教养方式对其青少年时期人格发展存在显著影响。尤其体现在溺爱、忽略保护、过度干涉等方面。

Objective To explore the influence of childhood rearing style on personality development of depression patients.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,a total of 324 patients with depression(depression group)were selected from the outpatient clinic of Guanganmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,and 328 normal subjects(control group)who matched the age,gender,years of education,and whether they were only children in the national urban population norm database of Wang Weidong’s retrospective personality developmental inventory(WMPI)were selected.The WMPI scale was used to compare the differences in childhood parenting style and adolescent personality development between the two groups.and the effect of childhood parenting styles on personality development in adolescence in the depression group.Results The scores of punishment,harshness,excessive interference,indulgence,contradictory education and neglect protection in depression group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The parenting style of depressed patients has a significant impact on their personality development during adolescence.Especially in terms of doting,neglect of protection,excessive interference,etc.
