摘要
碳点因具有优异的光学可调特性、良好的生物相容性,在生物医学、能源催化等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。环境敏感型碳点是一类可响应周围介质环境改变而实现自身特性改变的材料,在传感方面倍受关注。该文对近来环境敏感型碳点的响应机制进行梳理,具体包括pH、极性、粘度、温度四个方面,并综述了该材料在生物传感领域的应用进展,以期为开发和设计更多可应用的环境敏感型碳点提供参考。
Carbon dots have shown enormous application potential in the fields of biomedicine,and energy catalysis due to their excellent optical properties and good biocompatibility.Environmentally sensitive carbon dots are a unique carbon-based material that can respond to surrounding environ-ments,creating changes.These novel materials received great attention in sensing fields.This re-view summarized the recent progress in the environmentally responsive mechanisms of carbon dots from four environmental factors,including pH,polarity,viscosity,and temperature.We retro-spected their biosensing applications,with the expectation of developing more new environmentally sensitive carbon dots for broader application fields.
