家禽生产中弯曲杆菌的传播与防控研究进展

Research Progress on Transmission and Control of Campylobacter in Poultry Production

弯曲杆菌是一种食源性致病菌,在家禽体内高度定植,目前报道的人类感染弯曲杆菌的病例大多数与被污染的家禽产品密切相关,能引起人类急性胃肠炎。因此,针对弯曲杆菌在家禽养殖中的传播途径、在家禽中的定植情况及弯曲杆菌的干预策略进行综述,以期为减少家禽养殖中弯曲杆菌的污染提供一定参考。

Campylobacter is a food-borne pathogen that can cause acute gastroenteritis in humans.Campylobacter is highly colonized in poultry,and most reported cases of human infection with campylobacter have been closely associated with contaminated poultry products.Therefore,this paper summarized the transmission route,the colonization situation and the intervention strategy of Campylobacter in poultry breeding,in order to provide some reference for reducing the pollution of Campylobacter in poultry breeding.
