情绪智力在ICU护士领悟社会支持与死亡应对能力之间的中介效应分析

Mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between perceived social support and competence in coping with death among ICU nurses

目的探讨ICU护士死亡应对能力与领悟社会支持及情绪智力的关系,并分析情绪智力在ICU护士领悟社会支持与死亡应对能力之间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料问卷、死亡应对能力量表、领悟社会支持量表和情绪智力量表对231名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果ICU护士死亡应对能力得分为(131.68±23.93)分、领悟社会支持得分为(63.96±10.65)分、情绪智力得分为(78.72±13.70)分;社会支持与死亡应对能力呈正相关(r=0.490,P<0.01),情绪智力与死亡应对能力呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.01);中介效应模型拟合良好,情绪智力在社会支持与死亡应对能力之间起到部分中介作用(β=0.151,P<0.05)。结论ICU护士死亡应对能力有待进一步提升;社会支持和情绪智力均对死亡应对能力的提升有促进作用,情绪智力作为中介变量可提高社会支持对死亡应对能力的促进作用。

Objective To explore the associations between death coping competence and perceived social support,emotional intelligence in ICU nurses,and to examine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between perceived social support and competence in coping with death.Methods A total of 231 ICU nurses were investigated by the general information questionnaire,Coping with Death Scale(CDS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS).Results The participants scored(131.68±23.93)on CDS,(63.96±10.65)on PSSS,and(78.72±13.70)on EIS on average.The PSSS score was positively correlated with the CDS score(r=0.490,P<0.01),and so was the EIS score(r=0.402,P<0.01).The mediation model fitted well,and the mediation test showed that emotional intelligence partially mediated between perceived social support and death coping competence(β=0.151,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of death coping competence of ICU nurses needs to be further improved.Both perceived social support and emotional intelligence can promote the improvement of death coping competence,and emotional intelligence acts as a mediator improving the promotional effect of perceived social support on death coping competence.
