摘要
家庭医生团队建设背景下社区护士发展是社会老龄化进程中养老服务多元化发展的时代要求,也是必然趋势。运用SWOT态势分析法对家庭医生团队建设背景下社区护士发展策略的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,提出以机构配合为依托、合理配置人力资源、健全激励机制与保障监管机制、加强信息化平台建设等发展策略,达到社区家庭医生团队建设背景下社区护士服务供需动态匹配,实现多元化养老服务目标。
It is an inevitable trend for the development of community nurses under the background of family doctor team construction under diversified development of elderly care services in the aging process of society,which is the requirement of our current time.In the study,SWOT situation analysis was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of community nurses'development strategies under the background of family doctor team building,and development strategies such as rational allocation of human resources,sound incentive mechanism,guarantee and supervision mechanism,and strengthening information platform construction were proposed based on institutional cooperation.To achieve the dynamic matching of community nurse service supply and demand under the background of community family doctor team construction,and realize the goal of diversified elderly care services.
