摘要
目的探讨急诊科护士工作疏离感的分型及其人群特征,并分析不同分型急诊科护士的特征差异。方法2023年1月至3月,采用问卷调查法对北京市、山东省、陕西省和河南省14所三级甲等医院318名急诊科护士进行调查研究,采用潜在剖面分析的方法识别工作疏离感的分型。结果急诊科护士工作疏离感可分为低工作疏离感、中等工作疏离感、高工作疏离感。不同年龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、工作年限的急诊科护士工作疏离感存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论急诊科护士的工作疏离感存在明显的异质性,护理管理者应根据各类别的影响因素,建立针对性干预体系,降低护士的工作疏离感水平。
Objective To explore the subtype of work alienation among nurses in emergency department and its demographic features,and to analyze differences in the characteristics of nurses with different subtypes.Methods From January to March 2023,a total of 318 nurses in emergency department was investigated by questionnaires,who came from 14 tertiary hospitals in Beijing,Shandong,Shaanxi,and He'nan Province.Using latent profile analysis to identify their work alienation subtypes.Results The work alienation of nurses in emergency department were classified as low,medium,and high,which had significant difference in age,marital status,education background,professional title,and years of working(P<0.01).Conclusion There is significant heterogeneity in the work alienation among emergency department nurses.Nursing managers should establish a system of targeted interventions to reduce nurses'work alienation based on the influencing factors of each category.
