摘要
目的探讨共情能力对护士职业尊重感的影响,以期通过提升护士共情能力提高其职业尊重感。方法采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料问卷、护士职业尊重感量表、杰弗逊共情量表对408名护士进行调查。结果护士职业尊重感总分为(110.06±12.96)分,共情能力总分为(116.75±16.52)分,均处于中上水平;职业尊重感总分与共情能力总分呈正相关(P<0.01),护士职业尊重感与共情能力中观点采择维度及换位思考维度呈正相关(P<0.01);婚姻状况、共情能力是护士职业尊重感的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护士职业尊重感和共情能力均处于中上水平,仍有提升空间。提示,护理管理者应搭建学习交流平台,开展多种形式培训课程提升护士共情能力,提升职业尊重感;重点提升未婚护士职业尊重感,必要时提供组织支持与引导。
Objective To explore the influence of empathy ability on nurses'job-esteem,in order to improve nurses'job-esteem by improving their empathy ability.Methods A total of 408 nurses were surveyed by convenience sampling method and investigated with the general information questionnaire,Job-Esteem Scale for Nurses in Hospital and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professional.Results The total scores of job-esteem and nurses'empathy ability were(110.06±12.96)and(116.75±16.52)respectively,which were at a medium to high level.The total score of job-esteem was positively correlated with the total score of empathy ability(P<0.01).The perspective taking dimension and the transpositional consideration dimension of empathy ability were positively correlated with nurses'job-esteem(P<0.01).The marital status and empathy ability were the influencing factors of nurses'job-esteem(P<0.01).Conclusion The job-esteem and empathy ability of nurses are a medium to high level,and there is still room for improvement.It is suggested that nursing managers should build a learning and communication platform,carry out various forms of training courses to improve nurses'empathy ability and ultimately enhance job-esteem.In addition,we should focus on improving the job-esteem of unmarried nurses,and provide organizational support and guidance if necessary.
