室内环境检测实验室质量管理问题分析及应对措施

Analysis and countermeasures of quality management problems in indoor environmental testing laboratories

室内环境检测试验室的质量管理对于检测结果的准确性与可靠性有着重要的影响。本文通过文献查阅,结合自身工作实践,分析总结了室内环境检测实验室管理在技术人员、检测方法、检测仪器、检测环境、检测报告等方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题,从加强人员管理与培训、规范检测过程、完善设备仪器管理、重视检测环境管理、做好检测报告撰写5个方面提出了改进建议与措施,以期为室内环境检测试验室提高工作质量提供思路与参考。

The quality management of internal environmental testing laboratories has an important impact on the accuracy and reliability of testing results.This article analyzes and summarizes the problems in the management of indoor environmental testing laboratories in terms of technical personnel,testing methods,testing instruments,testing environment,testing reports,and other aspects through literature review and combined with one’s own work practice.In response to these problems,we will strengthen personnel management and training,standardize the testing process,improve equipment and instrument management,and attach importance to testing environment management Suggestions and measures for improvement were proposed in five aspects of writing a good testing report,in order to provide ideas and references for improving the quality of work in indoor environmental testing laboratories.
