摘要
该文阐述了当前水泥稳定碎石混合料配合比设计的现状,针对不同配合比设计阶段的存在问题,以实例的方式提出了解决措施,即达到了减少设计工作量,缩短设计周期的目的,又确保了配合比设计满足现行规范的要求。在目标配合比设计阶段,采用贝雷法进行了级配曲线的优选,并与常用的混合料性能验证比选结果进行了比较,得出了两种方法结果一致的结论。在生产配合比阶段,在结合前期大量试验结果的基础上,通过减少渐变水平的方式,即只采用3个水泥剂量、3个含水率的试验组合方式进行试验,得出的结果能满足预期及规范要求。
This article elaborates on the current status of mix design for cement stabilized crushed stone mixtures.In response to the problems in different mix design stages,solutions are proposed through examples,which not only reduce the design workload and shorten the design cycle,but also ensure that the mix design meets the requirements of current specifications.In the design stage of target mix proportion,Bailey method is used to optimize the grading curve,and the comparison results are compared with the commonly used mixture performance verification results,and the conclusion that the results of the two methods are consistent is obtained.In the production mix proportion stage,on the basis of combining a large number of test results in the early stage,the test research is conducted by reducing the gradual change level,that is,only using the test combination of 3 cement doses and 3 water content,and the results can meet the expected and specification requirements.
