复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷联合地奈德乳膏外用治疗湿热型肛周湿疹的临床研究

Compound Huangbai Liquid Liniment Combined with Desonide Cream in External Treatment of Dampness-Heat Type of Perianal Eczema

目的:探讨复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷联合地奈德乳膏外用治疗湿热型肛周湿疹的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1~12月就诊于肛肠科的73例肛周湿疹患者,随机分为对照组(36例)和观察组(37例),对照组给予地奈德乳膏外用,观察组在地奈德乳膏外用基础上予以复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷治疗。治疗2周后比较2组临床疗效、临床症状积分及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗2周后瘙痒程度、湿疹面积、皮疹形态、肛周渗液症状评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后随访2个月,观察组复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷联合地奈德乳膏用于治疗肛周湿疹临床效果显著,有助于缩小肛周湿疹面积,缓解瘙痒症状及潮湿等不适感,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Liniment combined with Desonide Cream in external treatment of dampness-heat type of perianal eczema.Methods A total of 73 patients with perianal eczema treated in anorectal department from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(37 cases).The control group was given Desonide Cream for external use,and the observation group was given Compound Huangbai Liquid Liniment on the basis of Desonide Cream for external use.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the itching degree,eczema area,rash shape and perianal effusion symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up 2 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Liniment combined with desonide cream in external treatment of perianal eczema is significant,which is helpful to reduce the area of perianal eczema,relieve discomfort such as itching and humidity,etc.and reduce the recurrence rate.
