摘要
目的:调查永久性结肠造口患者术后早期压力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:选取2019年9月至2021年9月139例接受永久性结肠造口的患者,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表采集患者一般人口学及疾病相关信息,采用永久性结肠造口相关压力评分量表评估患者术后早期压力状况,分析影响术后早期压力的影响因素。结果:139例患者中,30例(21.58%)承受轻度压力,71例(51.08%)承受中度压力,38例(27.34%)承受重度压力。多因素分析显示,家庭关系、术后并发症、家庭人均月收入水平、自身对造口的接受程度是永久性结肠造口相关压力的独立影响因素,P<0.05。结论:永久性结肠造口患者术后早期普遍承受着不同程度的压力,而这种压力受多种因素影响,护理人员及患者家属应该给予患者针对性的支持和指导,尽量缓解其压力,帮助患者快速适应有造口的生活,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the status quo of early postoperative stress in patients with perma-nent colostomy and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 139 patients who received perma-nent colostomy from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected,and the self-designed general data questionnaire was used to collect the general demographic and disease-related information of the patients.The permanent colostomy-related stress score scale was used to evaluate the early postoperative stress of the patients,and the influencing factors of early postoperative stress were analyzed.Results Among 139 patients,30(21.58%)suffered from mild stress,71(51.08%)suffered from moderate stress,and 38(27.34%)suffered from severe stress.Multivariate analysis showed that family relationship,postoperative complications,monthly household income per capita,and personal acceptance of colostomy were independ-ent influencing factors of permanent colostomy related stress(P<0.O5).Conclusion Patients with permanent colostomy generally suffer from different degrees of stress in the early stage after surgery,and this stress is affected by various factors.Nursing staff and patients families should provide targeted sup-port and guidance for patients to ease their stress as much as possible,help patients quickly adapt to life with stoma,and improve their quality of life.
