系统化家庭干预对哮喘患儿心理状态、治疗依从性及哮喘症状的影响

Effect of systematic family intervention on psychological state,treatment compliance and asthma symptoms of children with asthma

目的:探讨应用系统化家庭干预哮喘患儿后对患儿心理状态、治疗依从性及哮喘症状的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年8月入院的54例哮喘患儿纳入对照组,采用常规模式干预,2018年9月-2019年8月入院的54例哮喘患儿纳入观察组,采用系统化家庭干预,为期干预4周。观察两组患者的依从性、心理状况、哮喘状态控制情况及生命质量情况。结果:干预后观察组患儿依从性明显优于对照组(Z=-2.203,P<0.05),观察组患儿SAS评分明显高于对照组(t=4.120,P<0.05),观察组患儿C-ACT评分均明显高于对照组(t=12.288,P<0.05),观察组患儿PAQLQ量表症状、活动、情感维度评分明显高于对照组(t=-4.272,-7.014,-2.679;P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患儿应用系统化家庭干预有助于控制病情,有效改善患儿生命质量和心理行为问题,提高治疗依从性。

Objective:To explore the effect of systematic family intervention on children with asthma on their psychological state,treatment compliance and asthma symptoms.Methods:A total of 54 children with asthma who were admitted to hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as control group and treated with routine mode intervention.A total of 54 children with asthma admitted from September 2018 to August 2019 were included in the observation group and underwent systematic family intervention for a period of 4 weeks.The compliance,psychological status,asthma control and quality of life of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:After intervention,the compliance of the children in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(Z=-2.203,P<0.05).The scores of SAS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=4.120,P<0.05).The C-ACT scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=12.288,P<0.05).The scores of symptoms,activities and emotions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=-4.272,-7.014,-2.679;P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic family intervention for asthmatic children is helpful to control the disease condition,effectively improve the quality of life and psychological and behavioral problems of children,and improve treatment compliance.
