This paper takes the hydraulic support manufacturing workshop of a factory as an example,introduces the hydraulic support structure,expounds the process design principles of the workshop,introduces the processing process of the hydraulic support,analyzes the overall layout of the workshop for the production of hydraulic support structural parts,and summarizes the advanced technology and equipment related to the hydraulic support manufacturing workshop from four links:blanking,welding,painting and assembly.
