摘要
按变更原因对工程变更进行了分类,从项目决策立项阶段、设计阶段、工程量清单编制阶段及招投标及合同签署阶段探讨了工程变更的控制措施,同时提出建立工程变更的管理组织机构,明确岗位责任以及建立完善工程变更管理制度的管理措施。
This paper classifies the engineering change according to the reasons for the change,discusses the controlmeasures of engineering change from the stage of project decision,design,quantity list preparation,bidding and contract signing,and proposes the management organization of engineering change,defines the post responsibility and establishes the management measures to improve the engineering change management system.
