BIM技术在施工成本控制中的应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Construction Cost Control

针对BIM技术在施工成本控制中的应用进行分析,提出BIM技术应用的优点以及面临的困难,并构建基于BIM5D模型数据库的成本控制体系。以某市的农贸市场项目为例,结合该项目进度和成本数据,实现物资、图纸、质量和安全等信息的实时监测,利用模型数据的更新减少设计变更,达到缩短工期和成本控制的效果。研究表明,BIM5D数据平台下,项目施工成本得到了有效控制,成本盈余在200~400万元区间浮动,说明BIM5D数据平台下的成本控制效果较好,能够为施工成本控制提供技术支持。

This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in construction cost control,puts forward the advantages and difficulties of BIM technology application,and builds a cost control system based on BIM5D model database.Taking a farmer’s market project in a certain city as an example,combining the project progress and cost data,real-time monitoring of materials,drawings,quality and safety information was realized,and the update of model data was used to reduce design changes and achieve the effect of shortening construction period and cost control.The research shows that under the BIM5D data platform,the project construction cost has been effectively controlled,and the cost surplus fluctuates in the range of 2~4 million yuan,indicating that the cost control effect under the BIM5D data platform is better,and it can provide technical support for the construction cost control.
