基于模糊熵的市政给排水管网布局规划合理性评估

摘要 为了提高评估结果的准确性,为管网布局规划提供合理性建议,引入模糊熵方法对给排水管网布局规划合理性评估方法进行优化。采用隶属度函数获取布局合理性模糊评估矩阵,确定布局合理性指标的权重向量,从管网地类图斑维度、功能区维度和区域维度构建规划的空间吻合度度量模型,利用去模糊化处理实现管网布局规划空间吻合度度量;结合市政给排水管网布局规划合理性评估步骤,实现了市政给排水管网布局规划合理性的评估。结果表明,文章中方法可以提高市政给排水管网布局规划合理性,具有更好的评估效果。 In order to improve the accuracy of evaluation results and provide reasonable suggestions for pipeline network layout planning,the fuzzy entropy method is introduced to optimize the rationality evaluation method for water supply and drainage pipeline network layout planning.Using a membership function to obtain a fuzzy evaluation matrix for layout rationality,determine the weight vector of layout rationality indicators,and construct a spatial fit measurement model for planning from the dimensions of pipeline network land class pattern,functional area,and region.Using the fuzzification processing to achieve spatial fit measurement for pipeline network layout planning;combining the rationality evaluation steps of municipal water supply and drainage network layout planning,the rationality evaluation of municipal water supply and drainage network layout planning has been achieved.The results indicate that the method proposed in this paper can improve the rationality of the layout planning of municipal water supply and drainage networks,and has better evaluation results.
