地铁双联拱硬岩隧道非爆破开挖关键技术研究

摘要 文章针对广州地铁双联拱硬岩隧道非爆破开挖施工过程中的技术难题,总结研究了超前地质预报、超欠挖控制、长台阶+下台阶拉坡道等关键技术,并对悬臂掘进机铣挖工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明,采用超前地质预报技术可以减少地质灾害风险,超欠挖控制技术可以提高开挖精度,长台阶+下台阶拉坡道施工技术可以适应大断面隧道开挖要求。同时,通过喷雾除尘系统优化悬臂掘进机铣挖工艺,可以有效控制粉尘污染。研究成果为今后类似工程提供了有价值的参考。 In view of the technical problems in the construction process of non-blasting excavation of double-arch hard rock tunnel of Guangzhou Metro,this paper summarizes and studies the key technologies such as advanced geological prediction,over-under-excavation control,and long-step+down-step ramp,and optimizes the milling process of cantilever roadheader.The results show that the risk of geological disasters can be reduced by using advanced geological prediction technology,the excavation accuracy can be improved by over-under-excavation control technology,and the construction technology of long step+down-step ramp can be adapted to the excavation requirements of large-section tunnels.At the same time,the cantilever milling process can be optimized by the spray dust removal system,which can effectively control dust pollution.The research results provide a valuable reference for similar projects inthefuture.
