摘要
沥青路面预养护是在路面结构强度足够,路面状况尚好或存在轻微病害时,对路面有计划地采取养护措施,是保持或提高路面使用性能,延长路面使用寿命及减少路面周期内养护费用的重要手段。通过现场PCI试验检测,在沥青路面预养护判定过程中采用PCI指标来衡量是必要且可行的。当初始PCI值大于80时,预养护后前期的衰减较慢;当初始PCI值小于80时,预养护后的前期衰减较快。沥青路面预养护必须在其PCI值大于80时进行。如果在PCI值小于80时才进行预养护,则很难达到理想的预期效果。
Pre-maintenance of asphalt pavement is an important means to maintain or improve the performance of pavement,prolong the service life of pavement and reduce the maintenance cost during the pavement cycle when the pavement structure strength is sufficient,the pavement condition is still good or there are slight diseases.Through the on-site PCI test,it can be found that it is necessary and feasible to use PCI index to measure the asphalt pavement pre-maintenance judgment process.When the initial PCI value is greater than 80,the early attenuation after pre-maintenance is slow,and when the initial PCI value is less than 80,the early attenuation after pre-maintenance is fast.The asphalt pavement pre-maintenance must be carried out before its PCI value is greater than 80,and it is difficult to achieve the ideal expected effect if the PCI value is less than 80.
