摘要
依托信息技术、智能技术构建煤矿智能监控系统逐渐成为保障煤矿安全开采的重要内容。文章以煤矿皮带运输监控系统设计为例,对硬件参数、系统设计思路及功能进行论述。煤矿皮带运输监控系统基础设计以可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)为主,PLC工作流程由使用者设计梯形图程序完成,即在系统软件控制下依次对输入端状态进行扫描,根据使用者程序对控制逻辑进行解算,再依次将对应的控制信号发送到各输出端。深入研究与分析煤矿皮带运输监控系统设计,可为我国煤矿皮带运输系统的智能化发展提供理论指导与帮助。
Relying on information technology and intelligent technology,the construction of coal mine intelligent monitoring system has gradually become an important content to ensure the safety of coal mining.Therefore,this paper takes the design of coal mine belt transportation monitoring system as an example to discuss three aspects:hardware parameters,system design ideas and function realization.Among them,the basic design of coal mine belt transportation monitoring system is based on PLC,PLC workflow is completed by the user design ladder diagram program,that is,under the control of the system software to scan the state of the input end,according to the user program to solve the control logic,and then the corresponding control signal is sent to the output end.In this regard,the in-depth study and analysis of mine belt transportation monitoring system design is beneficial to provide theoretical guidance and help for mine belt transportation monitoring system design in our country.
